We highly recommend to buy the heat pack in the winter.

It usually takes 1-3 business days to prepare and send out the orders.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We sell live plants, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Some plants will be cut and some soil will be removed for the safety of the plant during the shipment. The images on the listings are for REFERENCE purpose only. The pictures may be of different seasons/stages of growth and/or mass planted mature plants for landscaping vision. Please expect to plant your plants ASAP.

We have no control over USPS, so if your package is lost in the mail, or If your items were damaged during shipment, please claim with USPS. For damaged items, they need to inspect the packaging box and damaged items, please keep them until the inspection is done.

We highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order during the winter months. While we do our best to ship your succulents safely in cold weather, a heat pack provides extra protection and helps keep your plants warm during transit. If you choose to ship without a heat pack, that is completely up to you; however, please note that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage caused by cold temperatures. Your plants' safety is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding!
