We take great care in wrapping every Aeonium for shipping. For large bouquets or clusters, please unwrap gently and consider having assistance to avoid accidental breakage.
If any branch breaks during unpacking, simply plant it in moist, well-draining soil — it will root and grow into a new plant.
Please note: we do not provide replacements or refunds for broken branches, as this is a natural part of the shipping process.
