Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Succulents are live and delicate plants, if you receive the plant damaged or rotten, please contact us immediately. We will kindly provide refund or replacement for plants died within 3 days after delivery, except some succulents like Lenore Dean(CC), Orostachys and all pre order succulents. We don't accept return or exchange request simply because you don't like the plant or the plant died after 3 days.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us or request cancellation before the order been marked "Shipped". We can't cancel the order or provide refunds for you after the package being dropped in post office.
If your items were damaged during shipment, please claim with USPS. They need to inspect the packaging box and damaged items, please keep them until the inspection is done.
